I read the first sentence, then when I got to "delete The Homebrew Channel" I laughed out loud.

Nintendo have finally done what they could have done ages ago.
But why didn't they? Maybe they didn't want to block homebrew unless necessary to stop piracy?

I assume they also patched the HackMii Installer or bannerbomb? Otherwise, people would still be able to run homebrew using bannerbomb or reinstall HBC assuming it doesn't get removed every time you reboot your Wii.

EDIT: Well, even if bannerbomb is patched, people can still use the new LEGO Indiana Jones exploit i just discovered
