Ok. here is the problem. today all of a sudden my usb loaders stopped working. Everyone of them. as soon as I load one of them the screen turns black and nothing loads. I tried updating all my usb loaders (Neogamma,usb conf,uloader and wiiflow) to their current versions and nothing apparently works. Now... USB config said my "CIOS 249 is a STUB please reinstall it" Now I tried to reinstall Ciosx 19 but everytime I load IOS249 after loading the installer...The wiimote shuts off entirely. So I have no way to reinstall Cios 249. Has anyone experienced this issue before or have any input on how to fix this. I would greatly appreciate it!

Your problem is you're trying to load a stub to use to install a non-stub. Instead, use ModMii to install the most up-to-date recommended cIOS files.
