Hacking Wii games

I'm going to softmod my Wii so I can play games from a USB Drive and I'm new to these Wii modding things so I'd appreciate some help

Where can I download Wii games, which sites are safe?
Should I go for WBFS or ISO's?

The only site I've found from googling is emuparadise, but most of the games I want aren't there.
And if they're there, they're NTSC (I'm European so I need PAL) and in some weird .par2 format.

And also, does anyone know if wiiiso is safe to download from?
