Hacking Wii game backup help plz.

I am backing up one of my Wii games for safe keeping and I am backing it up via SD and it makes it in more then one ISO, so how do I fuse them into one ISO?
Its not .part.Iso data its just .iso

try backing it up thru wifi or a usb hdd.
