Hacking Wii Flow Help

: was up dudes. iam trying to set up wii flow , i have the wii flow channel already on my wii and i have a back up of my game. Do i need a certain program to put the iso on usb to make it viewable , most of all in wii flow so i can play it?
I also rememember watching a video that i cant find anymore , and it was a program to format the usb drive used for my back ups and it would also move the game to the usb?
I need help with both questions please.

As for putting the game on your HDD use Wii Backup Manager
