Hacking wii fit update

ok so i recevied wii fit for christmas and it came with an uodate and i thought the update was just for the balence board but i was wrong it come with system menu 3.3 (v.1 i think) so now i would like to downgrade my wii back to 3.2 again but dont know how too. I know there are guides out there but i need a very well guide that will tell me what to do and what the wii is going to do in corespondent to what i do as downgrading can be very bad for other thing such as a PC im sure downgrading a wii cant be much safer

You prob only need to start at number 9 and go to 13 in the downgrade setion since you already had HBC installed

cool i checked out the guide does it come with a zip with all the apps i didnt see one I only need the apps I know the IOS.wad cant be hosted here
