without extra hardware (not including a usb or sd card) wifi is fastest...
lol not including extra hardware wifi is the only option really!
yup it's as goes (for waninkoko's dumber 1.2 anyway.) fastest to slowest.

wifi= best bet if you got a wifi router fast and reliable, just make certain you got a strong connection from your wii to the router or it might bail out on you.

sd card= almost as fast as wifi if you don't count the time it takes back and forth to your pc and wii to copy over the .iso parts,
most reliable in the long run as it's less likely to bail out on you than the fastest or slowest options.

usb= drastically sllloooowwww probably will fail if you use a portable hard drive, especially one that's finicky about power consumption on usb 1.1.
my friends maxtor one touch kept bailing out on him during usb dumps(we jokingly called it the bad touch!).

really usb should never be a option with the current dumpers available because if you own a wii able to dump games you at least should have a sd card.

media:(obviously need for dumped games) if you can buy over the internet go for taiyo yuden, verbatim, sony, maxell, or tdk dvd-r as they are held in high regard and cheaper online (if you know where to look.) than what is considered cheap in store only buy in store when there's a sale or you have no other choice.
as a side note:
i only recommend the medias mentioned above if your burner has trouble with cheaper media.
i have to say most if not all media will work with the wii dvd drives such as JVC and memorex also office supply store name brands like office max and office depot brands.
if your burner is worth a flip it will burn "lower quality" on par with "higher quality" media.

Sounds alot like the scenario, "gee, that was arguous warez crap that didn't work" because he isn't going to use a 3min usb and not pull it out without checking microsofts sh1tcan first for 10$! 2 hours is way to long, same as warez b1tchass pirateware. Then, I ain't a real person, you know, if you can't afford ten bucks for a usb stick, let them know....Posers are good friends too.

It originally used ftpii but it didn't have support for gc games and dual layer wii games. Anyway I updated the guide so it says that you need
a cIOS, thanks for reminding me.
