Hacking Wii doesnt recognize my flash drive

Ok with that one it starts the countdown and if I reconnect it pauses for a few seconds then resumes the countdown and gives me the error make sure usb port 0 is used when it gets to 30

okay, because it paused, i suspect ur usb port is okay because it registered something.

try plugging in a keyboard into port0 and if it works, I feel confident in saying that the problem is usb compatibility

are you sure you haven't bought one of those cheap knock off versions which have the memory doubled or tripled with software when there really just a 512mb, 1gb or 2gb

nope its an actual sandisk 8gb cruzer which is supposed to be compatible. trying keyboard now.

LOL my brother had a cheap 512 mb flash layin on his desk. I plugged it in and it recognized it. I hate my life

. This one is SUPPOSED to be compatible.

EDIT: Just tried the 8gb again and it recognized it!!

at least we figured it out, save up and buy a real hard drive like a WD my passport

Yea ill see if I can get monster hunter working now. Thanks for all the help. I didnt know you could use a portable hard drive until recently. My mom has a 250gb WD she isnt using

She doesnt live with me and I just happened to see the cheap flash drive on my brothers desk when I went in there to wake his lazy ass up lol.

Yea so my problem now is that 80% of the time uloader wont load the game. It will recognize the flash drive but it wont go past the spinning disk screen for loading. How can I use the other usb port? I think that might help.
