Does the new 0.3 cIOS work also with the old leaked and "hooked" loader?
So we can have both (old and v0.3) installed. and could use the old loaders to play the backups that aren't working with 0.3 ,then?

As far as im aware ... you can have both the new version loader (yet to be released) and the latest released version both running at the same time - though i lack the ability to test this.

I dont think any of the cIOS files overwrite each other with the exception to the cIOS fix file so i dont see any issues.

That's great. so with the-loader-to-be-released-WHEN-IT'S-DONE + the actual loaders we should have a capability around 98%, which is awsome.

for the 2% not working games I give 2 thumbs up to the game developers

I'm just keep asking: Will Waninkokos apps (Wadmanager, DVDDumper etc.) work with the new 0.3 cIOS? Cos when using waninkokos rev5 cios, those apps just give a black screen.

Wadmanager works. Others I haven't tried...

maybe you could try the DVDDumper if you have time...
I think this is a pretty nice apps.
...maybe with the new cIOS the dump process is done faster??

WiiShizzza, what does the cIOS uninstaller in your sig do? obviously uninstalls cIOS but what advantages does that give? i've missed a few things since i was last here so it seems.

just uninstalls all cIOS for a fresh start? and the installer installs everything you need? but for what?

I instlled th cios fix, the dvdx , both loader channels (wiigator) and i have wan on sd card. I am trying to load force unleased pal and scarface us.

i went back and used cios unistaller and tried again, same thing.

I got the files from the OP's sig

Can you download the files in my sig and try the boot.dol file in that ? There are more than 2 channel loaders and 2 of them dont work - the one in my sig works most times.
The ones you have will probably work if you change the hook type to GB Pad .. all of this is answered in the first post

Im running outta room on my HD's. Should I be burning my ISO's as 1:1 copies or patching?! Just as long as in the future the loaders can play both.

I havent had those channels in my zip for about 2-3 weeks so the zip you have is old and out of date
please download the newest version and try that as i have said before.
If people would just listen things would work and there would be a lot less questions.
The files you have are old and will not work - download the zip and update.
The DOL you have is old - the Channels you have are all based on the old system - uninstall them all and use the new ones and then come back to me.
Ohh and there is no golden wing channel - there is a gold disc channel and there is a wing channel - how do you expect people to help if your giving all the wrong info and giving vague info ?
you need to help us to help you and give EXACT and CORRECT information.

If you burn them 1:1 you can drag in them into your PC later and patch if required
If you patch and burn you cant unpatch after - you may end up using 2 discs if you want to play things now , but id go with unpatched if your looking forward.
