Hacking Wii Covers zip file...

I remember seeing a fairly complete zip file containing almost all of the NTSC covers named, resized and in png format somewhere in this busy forum.

I'd like to put this on my SD card so when I copy new games with my USB Loader I don't have to worry about adding a new ones (cause I'm not always around wifi).

Suggestions?
