How would i go about changing the icons for your skin?

I like the background and stuff but i kinda want to add the words R4DS in the top screen above the clouds lol, and change the icons as well

can someone tell me which files to change as the buttons? i know hwo to use photoshop and stuff so i just need help with which files to edit

They are all backgrounds, no icons. Just put your own pic over the icons.
