Hacking Wii Channel Rsolutions

Hey guys. I have tried seraching for resolutions I need to use to make my own custom channels with Wadder 1.2

I cant find on their site or this one what resolutions I need to use?

I know that without exact resolutions can brick your wii. I wanna make a few of my own channels with sounds and stuff.
