Hacking Wii cannot connect to internet

i cant use Wiishopping, Wii forecast and Wii news.
It just says 'Wiiconnect24 and internet service is not provided at this time'

I think it may be because there's a time where i accidentally
updated my US version with the PAL or something like that
causing me to have duplicated channels as well.

Now i have already removed those channels and thats fine,
but i dont think it fixed the internet connection problem thingy

I also tried updating my wii-key hoping that THAT was the issue
but apparently it didnt solve the problem as well

(I updated it to the latest 1.9S USA assuming that's the latest)

Is there anyone that can help me solve this problem?

Do you have wiiconnect24 and standby connection turned on? Pretty sure they need to be on for these channels to work.

How do you turn it on?

I went to wii-settings and select WiiConnect24
and it says '........connecting.......'
and then 'Wiiconnect24 and Internet Service isnt offered at this moment'

So i dont know what i did wrong
