Hacking wii burning

im trying a new disc, perhaps the other one was dirty... using 4x again

use the speed that it says in the disc, that is the right speed to be burned

im using the 3.4 update would it have anything to do with the iso being scrubbed?

It could also be that, according to my knowledge, the backup launcher doesnt work with 3.4. I think.

Okay ive been searching the forums and cant find anything bout how to fix this problem.

burned the game 3times
twice on 4x
once on 2x

tried loading it with gecko os and regular disc channel
have wii 3.4 and wiikey1 with latest update

when i load it the screen comes up with resetti saying disc could not be read

3.4 is the problem...
Downgrade your Wii using one of the many guides here...

downgraded to 3.2u, used starfall, installed IOS38 I dont understand the problem

IOS38 installed
burned at 4x and 2x
all i get is the screen with resetti saying the disc could not be read.

could it be because i am using the scrubbed release?

That is exactly the same setup I have, even down to the scrubbed release. Works fine for me.

EDIT: Except I have 3.2E instead of 3.2U.

hm i think i have the goomba release actually which ive seen has been getting the disc could not be read error, i downloaded the scrubbed release last night, which was done this morning, but im stuck in skool till 3pm (8.40 rite now) so i cant test it out yet but i hear it should work =]
