Hacking Wii Bricked, i think.

Can anyone help me fix my wii.

I did a soft mod on it a long time ago and sometime later i went to try and change some settings and i got an error screen.

You tried to access the address marc: FIX/US/ENG/index01.html which is currently unavailable. (theres more but its a lot to type out)

Also it won't let me play games from disks anymore. I didn't really care at the time since i didn't use disks but its kind of annoying now.

Everything else works fine though, i can play through usb loader and what not.

Have you got an SD inserted in the Wii?
Take it out n try again.

I also suggest resoftmodding yer wii with ModMii.
Just tell ModMii its virgin and follow the tutorial it generates.

yeah i just tried taking it out nothing changed.

just use modmii, you need a clean 2GB (or less) SD card, http://gbatemp.net/threads/modmii-for-windows-official-support-topic.207126/

you just need to follow the instructions

that thing seems overly complicated, all i had to do before was put a few files on the sd card and run it.

complicated? lol....

all you have to do, is open the program, use your keyboard to select the stuff you want, and all the files you need and a easy guide will magically appear on your card ready for use on your console.

how easier that can be?

the modmii program, is just a guide to make your job easy. you open the program and he asks what options you want or what you want to do, tell him what you want to do and done, he will download all the stuff for your card ready to plug on the console.

i kind of just want to fix my current mod.

Okay so i loaded up mmm and looked at system menu

and it seems for some reason its on a japan one. when i have a us system

So is there a way to change that back to us?
