Hacking Wii black screen at boot after installing wad

Hi together,

I'm at systemmenu 4.0E (cIOS36_rev8-Installer.dol,4.0hacktools and Firmware-Updater_4.0.dol). That worked all fine.

Untill I installed installpatchSM4.0.dol (it's like starfall, patches the systemmenu) - there something went wrong and now all i get at boot is a black screen.

So can you tell me if its possible (without unsoldering and reflashing the nand) to get my Wii back working?
I tried getting into the Maintenance Menn with an taken apart GC Controller - It did'nt work - no display on the screen

Please give me a hint what to do ...?!?
