Hacking Wii Backup Manager Build 78

I want to add some downloaded games that I downloaded for the discs are scratched.
I have used and WiiBackupManager_Build78.
it created a wvfs folder and the disk is FAT32 file format of the games are RAR as I have Pakat up to ISO. First game goes to transfer. but when I would bring over several team so they're not on the disk.
what's wrong and how to do it.
