No, I'm underage

Wan is the only guy who matters in the homebrew scene. Let's face it, no one wants to play crappy homebrew games, we want to install pirated WADs.

lol wut? I actually like some of the Wii's homebrew. I don't even play many VC or WiiWare games. I only installed one WiiWare game and thats it. And thats for my brother/cousin's enjoyment, not mine.

yah, team twiizers is okay but waninko is someone who is actually making this backuploader for us and mostly him. yeah who wants to play crappy homebrew games anyways (except for the applications, there great!)

I don't know about you, but if it wasn't for the homebrew I would have gave my Wii to my little sister as a present.

Sure i'm all for piracy, but don't put down homebrew! There are some quality games and apps for wii out there.

for example

Apps:
MPlayer, DMP, all the emus etc

Games:
WiiPhysics, UNO, Mahjongg, etc

It's not that difficult for them to co-exist.

Yeah.. and who hacked the Wii? Got around Nintendo's anti-hack? Wrote the Wii homebrew devkit? Documented the Wii's hardware?

Goku, naturally. It took over 9000 points won at the local Chuck E Cheese to hire a team of coders.

To all of you doubting Waninkoko:

He may not have discovered how things work on the Wii, but he was the first one to release a really useful set of tools:
The WAD (Un-)Installer, the Savegame extractor/installer, the Mii extractor/installer, a duplicated channel remover, etc....

His apps may seem rushed and awkward to control at times, but they work as expected in almost all circumstances. And that's the only thing that matters. Only noobs need smooth and/or funky user interfaces. Waninkokos simple tools are incredibly useful, more so than many other tools I have come across at WiiBrew, for example.

If you don't stop calling this a fake for no apparent reason, this project may very well end up like Wii Miidia, which was essentially delayed indefinitely because of some retarded guys yelling at the author just like you: "It's fake unless it's released!"

Why don't you go with common sense and a little faith and say: "It's true unless proven otherwise!"
Almost all fakes I know have been disproven in a very short time, due to obvious errors. This one does not contain any such errors, at least no errors which have not been convincingly explained. If you can't tell us a convincing reason why this should be fake, PLEASE don't post at all. I think this thread should be used for useful discussion instead.

It's definitely going to be an interesting time around here when this gets a release date just because of this small fact. Usually there is a small flood of annoying impatient clueless folks whenever a new app gets released. This time there is going to be a tsunami of morons spashing onto the gbatemp shore. Case in point, I came across this from that forum that was posted in this thread that shoudnt've been.

2 WEEKS!
YES!
ANY WII GAME I WANT, HERE I COME!
*sigh*

You're so immature.
Its kinda sad that your 1st post was to try and insult me.

Thats was on MY thread anyway.
It can be about any thing I like and it was revelant, it was about wii backup loaders.
It isnt a guess by the way, linkinworm told me "about 2 weeks"

So thats what a multi disc loader is.
I LIKE IT!
That would be INCREIDABLY handy!
Unfortunately, I dont have a modchip to use it.
Could it be possible to use it, without a modchip later on?

Now, on the subject of waninkoko's backup loader.
Does anyone know of you can play ISO's over the network?
Thanks

2 weeks, 2 months, 2 years... what ever...

anyone at all going around spouting this all over the interwebs is just asking for the morons to come out of the woodwork...

Linkinworm, you should have just kept this quiet until it was done, lol
