So i just bought one of these

And now, I can't use it :'(
I mean, I did follow the instalation instructions but I have no ideia of how to make an access point out of it. The software utility that came with doesn't have the open to operate as a Access Point...
Anyone has any ideia of what should I do? Im completely lost :'(
