Homebrew Wifi questions?

Hello i am back once again and i have questions about using wifi.
1. Is it safe to go and add someone as a friend?
2. Is it safe to use online features ingame (ex: pokemon wonder trade, acnl visit other people towns)
Please answer if you are not busy, i would appreciate your answers

Yes, you can't really get banned on the 3DS these days unless you do really dumb things

What do you mean by dumb things?

Dumb things like using cheats/hacks in online games, trying to use things like freeshop illegally or trying your very best to tell Nintendo that you have a hacked console
Otherwise if you just do normal things like the things you asked about you'll be fine, playing games installed from CIA files is fine too...

I have another question (but its not wifi related) if i were to install a eu game on my na 3ds using fbi will the game work like normal? i downloaded the eu version of team kirby clash but it just showed a black screen
