Apple WiFi not working on jailbroken iTouch

I recently changed my router settings, so I went to change the iTouch WiFi settings. It detects the network fine, but when I enter the password, I get an incorrect password error. Have tried more than 50 times now with the same result. I know I'm entering it correctly, so what is the problem? The network was working fine before.

Try changing the router settings back or to another password and try again.

If not, I don't have an answer. My iPod touch tries to connect to unlocked wifi and it won't connect (certain ones) and it won't accept my wifi when I change it to WEP from WPA.
