Hacking WiFi NEW R4i3D DsiLL (Yellow Green)

Hello, I'm new here.
I just got this card from a bundle.
It doesn't have a memory card so I was told to buy one and add games into the memory card and I tried it but it's not working.

I'm using a 3DS and has system firmware of ver.9.4.0-21E

I had a NDS lite before and it has an R4 card as well and I was able to manage and set it up but for this R4 card, it's website is not working. (www.ndsiLL.net)

I'm searching tutorials but I was not lucky enough to look for the system file for this card and I'm kinda losing hope. I just want to play NDS games with my 3DS.

I would just like to ask for the system file or the files in order for this card to work. I visited lots of broken links on Google.
