So I have set up a hotspot on my phone (WEP security) and my 3DS XL can connect fine to it out of the games, but since they run in DS mode i know i need to connect in game instead. So when I am in any game (Pokemon Black initially but all other games too) it cannot connect to my hotspot. It finds my hotspot, lets me put in the WEP code, but during the connection test it fails and gives me the Error Code: 51099 Unable to find a compatible access point. Am a using the wrong type of ROM dump or is there something I am missing?
