i just received my R4 SDHC
on the box it says http://www.r4i-sdhc.com
and i bought it from ds-card.com
is this original R4?
second question is
what is wifi engine????

No, it's a clone
It allows you do download updates via wifi.

The original is no longer produced. And even then, it cannot work past the DS lite among other drawbacks. Every R4 you see out there now is a clone if it is sold brand new. Clones are not always bad. Some are. We call your card a clone because they are just hitching on the R4 name to sell their product.

As for your card, I guess it's ok. I hate to say this to you after you just bought yours but based on what others have testified to, the team that produces this cart generally have not-so-good support and tends to ditch their older ones to make new compatible carts.
