Misc wifi between 2 flash cards

Does anyone know if playing a single card multiplayer game will work with 2 flashcards running the same game?I know multicard games should work fine but I cant get brain age to work with 2 flashcards

The 2nd flash cart doesn't matter when doing download play (single card multiplayer). The receiving DS should be flashed, though.
