Misc Wi-fi Help

Alright my father has the router set to WPA2 and won't change it. I have a DSi and a DS lite in the house, both wanting to go online and what not.

My question is, would this peripheral work for making an AP?

If so, is there a cheaper one? Or a better one? I mean I just want some input.

Well have u tried setting the encryption to WEP-Shared? That will fix the problem much easier. And if ur looking for a good quality usb adapter, check out the Nintendo USB WiFi Connecter
