Gaming Why the disc image is unreadable?

Hi Guys, I download couple Wii games including Wii Backup Disc 1.31, why I can't use image tool like UltraISO to read it? Once I open it by UltraISO, it prompts that "Invalid or Unknown image file format"? But I can use ImageBurn to open. Anyone gives a hint?

Why would you want too? you are supposed to burn the iso directly not extract them.

You can't see the file content because
1- the content is encrypted
2- It's not a disc format that is supported to read on a computer. Just burn it.
