I'm seeing sites like Switcher.gg and Indigo pop up, trying to allow Switch gamers to connect or acting as Miiverse replacements. Why not just combine efforts and just make one big Nintendo community? Seriously, it's like the Wii console all over again where people have pieces of the puzzle for greatness but nobody wants to bring it all together. Lets see... we have Wiimfi which works for both Wii and DS games, Nintendo Network is still online for Wii U and 3DS and of course we have NSO for Switch. we just need ONE community that allows people to list and share their friend codes for all of these services. One website as a central hub for noobs. One website hosting community forms in which art can be shared. It's time to end the fractured nature of these programs and just do what Nintendo does not. Most of the infrastructure is here, we just need the different parties to agree to work together and bring it all under one catchy name and central hub site.

They won't do it because they all want to.

By that I mean each website wants to be the one to be a centralized dedicated website with all the users. They're paying for their web space, and don't want to start splitting costs and profits with others.

Also loyalty to groups or individuals exist. People on these forums that have been here for a long time or are very dedicated would be livid if GBATemp fused with Max Console and Assemblr Games and other hacking forums, even though each have the same goal.
