This flashcart use the faked game アタマでDO!;こてんこてんこ like on R4iDSn, so i think it runs on a 3DS in DS mode only.

yes my gold 3ds card came in today i can tell you it is just an r4 clone with the gold3ds skin it just runs in ds mode

People still don't realise that there is no flashcart that can play 3DS roms. They're all fake. If it was real, not only it'd be on gbatemp front page news, but a lot of news site would also talk about it.
