Hacking Why is Win64e10 so laggy?

So I tried to get some nice sexy emulators on my Xbox One and the N64 emulator is actually garbage.

Is the reason why the Nintendo 64 emulators on my Jtagged Xbox 360 run faster due to the architecture of the X360 being different than the x1?

well n64 emulation in general isnt perfect but i blame the xbox one devs aka xb1emu that just want money and never update anything
