Gaming Why is Smash 3ds so awful?

...wow using a downloaded copy has everything working almost perfectly, mods work good as well, it was just a shitty copy I had playing it now feels great. the closest thing to an issue is that for some reason the is an audio burst when I use a grab on someone, but I'm still trying to figure out if its because i messed with a file or something, other than that the downloaded copy runs infinitely better than my cartridge. No more forever lasting screens of darkness

Never heard of that problem. On old 3DS it does take more time to load, but on the New models it runs pretty well. The game looks crisp, the 3D effect is good and it is indeed a large game. I enjoyed it very much when it launched. Hope you find the solution for your problem.
