Homebrew why is hide.me vpn ip banned

basically title. gbatemp gives me an ip banned when I use it(apparently only the Netherlands ip address)

could be a spambot used that IP at one point and a mod disabled that whole IP range when banning it?

hm that's kind of a shame considering multiple users use the same ip and I only use the temp for legit purposes :/
