just to clarify it was the atari 2600 that had the first analog stick

The 2600 had a digital joystick, along with an 8way (not analog) stick. The 5200 had a analog stick, but a couple of small european computer manufacturers had started selling analog sticks before that.

This kid must really be blind, or just hate Nintendo o.o . I'm not trying to be negative towards Sony, but Nintendo did change history with the NES, and then became the King of Games (Yu-Gi-Oh reference?). I think other companies "look up to Nintendo, as a role model", not just competetive. "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery", and Nintendo probably had the analog stick idea for a long time, and just hadn't used that idea for the first few DS's.

I think he's just talking about the worlds in the games being 3D...
The N64 invented that Sony fans...
And the analog stick was on the N64...
And yeah it doesn't look like the 64 Analog but you can't expect a closable console having a big stick poking out...
