Probably has to do with your post count, your account is still considered as new, just like you needs 100 posts to access the (trading area) buying/selling section, might be the same for posting user submitted news.

i cannot find the source,but i was not going to copy all of the contents, i would just copy the important part and rewrite the part i copies myself.

that comment wasn't blank, and i tried to delete it, and i was just able to edit it so i deleted what i wrote with backspace and saved, thats why its blank
