Hacking Why doesnt the Backlight cheats work for the DSTT?

Shouldn't it work like any other cheat? Every other cheat works but the backlight cheat doesnt seem work for the DSTT. It works with my M3 Simply and I have yet to try it on my M3 Real [but im pretty sure it'll work].

Any idea why it doesnt work and works for other flashcarts? Oh and if there's any possible fix?
