Hacking Why does my homebrew apps force close?

Well, I am able to get into Dev Mode just fine and install the appx (misspelled?) and at first, it runs just fine! But, seems like whenever I go to retail mode and BACK into Dev mode and try to load one (Like retroarch) it gets to the splash screen then just goes to the Dev Menu...

Any solutions?
