I've tried posting this question everywhere I could with no response, and I haven't found a single solution that doesn't assume my problem is the low FPS. My problem isn't how smooth it is, it's the fact that games are literally all in slow motion. CemuHook doesn't work, the SuperSpeedHack doesn't work, Graphic Packs don't work, Cheat Engine's speedhack doesn't work, I don't know what's causing every game to play in slow motion.
