Hacking White screen with REAL dstt

I just received a dstt, and when I put it in the ds and turn it on I get a white screen on top, and a very faded first screen on the bottom, and it just hangs there. This happens with or without an sd card in the dstt. The ds works fine without the dstt. I have checked the pictures on ndstt.com, and my dstt seems real.
Any suggestions or comments?

I tried using the flash writer, but when I swap to the non-working card, it says 20504F54 NOT SUPPORT DEVICE!

what kind of SD and what format is it?

Did you put the firmware and games on the microSD and onto the DSTT itself? It seems you just opened your DSTT and put it in your DS without doing anything.

The sd is not the problem. I tried it with another dstt, and everything works out fine.

Of course I copied the firmware and some games onto the dstt.
