Is Daemon Tools Lite better than Daemon Tools full? i'm running Daemn 4.10 by the way
there is no full there is lite, pro basic, pro standard and pro advanced.
lite is preferred for it's small size and simplicity and complete freeness.
the other versions aren't really needed as the things they do is done better by some other programs, well they do have ide and more virtual drives but who really needs those and burning and ripping capability most use imgburn or alcohol.

He's completely wrong by the way.

If you don't know the difference - Lite is fine. Pro versions, however, have some important features (such as the "useless" virtual ide) helping with various disk images that won't mount normally.

Yeah, the day you'll find those on your average pirate site is rare, but some of us have other uses for virtual drive software.
