You want the EZ Flash 3in1, it'll let you load GBA games straight from AKAIO, and will also function as a rumble pak for DS games and an expansion pak for the opera browser or homebrew.

No. It loads the game from the Slot-1 card.

If you don't want a 3in1 cart and you really want one with microSD support, you basically have only two choices; Supercard slot2 or EZFlash IV. For GBA gaming, I'd recommend the EZFlash IV.....Supercard slot2's tend to slow down in many GBA games, so the EZFlash 4 is the way to go.
