Which one is best video capture device?

I have an HD PVR 2 which works great on anything 480p and higher. However, I have plenty I wnt to record from older consoles as well (480I and less) and this thing either won't pass through to my TV or the image will have a heavy green tint to it. So far I have found no solution. I used to use an old Easycap, but that thing becaem crap after I upgraded to Win7 and the drivers wouldn't work properly with it. Recently I've been trying to an all in one solution (record any resolution through composite, component, or hdmi). I'm tempted by the Blackmagic Shuttle but some googling tells me it has the same problem. I might get an internal device for that purpose. Another often overlooked SD capture device is the honestech VHS to DVD (http://www.honestech.com/main/vhs-to-dvd-70-deluxe.asp). Its software has worked with many other capture cards including the Easycap.

HD PVR2 has hardware acceleration for video encoding. Meaning the capture device encodes the video first then sends the video to PC. Not only that it supports H.264, currently the highest quality of video codecs.

Dazzle relies on your CPU to do video encoding, meaning if your CPU is not powerful enough it may be slow. It only supports up to MPEG4-ASP, one tier lower than H.264.

If you're looking to make videos and become a content creator on YouTube you'll definitely need a full HD Capture Device, The best option of a hd capture device is the HD PVR 2 or the HD PVR 2 Gaming Edition PLUS.
So many people upload to YouTube these days standards have been set, If you upload anything less than 720p or 1080p your video won't be watched as people like to see top quality content.

If you don't have great editing software such as Sony Vegas Pro 11, You can make do with using the programs own editing software, It will allow you do perform basic actions and get the job done.

You can upload directly to YouTube via the program also.
If you don't have the best computer in the world as well, the HD PVR Range from Hauppauge has the lowest PC minimum specs on the market.

You sound like a sales man, I use an avermedia pcex card, does the job pretty well and can handle pretty much anything.
