Hacking Which flasher for slim?

Which flasher should I use to downgrade my ps3 slim?

I got it in 11' or 10' and it was on a CFW and OFW 3.55 before. I upgraded thinking there would be a new CFW later on. , Is it a NOR or NAND and what do I need? I'm thinking The E3 with the clip?

All slims are NOR. E3 is probably best, easy to use.
