I was thinking of getting a new flash card that will work with my current DS-Light and I was thinking about buying a DS-XL.

I was wondering which brand of slot-1 flash card I should buy, my current problem is finding up-to-date firmware.

I hear a lot about wood r4, but they don't seem to be SDHC or DS-XL compatible.
Was thinking about an Acekard 2i, dono how the firmware is...

Which would the community suggest to buy that offers up-to-date firmware, that's SDHC and DS-XL compatible, and can play some of the new game releases like Pokemon W+B?

Solution
You have a few options
I recommend either Supercard DSTWO(high compatibility)
Cyclo iEvolution if you want pretty good compatibility and DSi mode

Go with supercard dstwo. Great card. DSi mode is being addressed and should be out by summer also. If you already have a dslite just stick with that. Sure the XL has bigger screens and some extra features but the pixels showing up on some games and the heavier weight of the unit makes It a real bummer to me. If your gonna get a new ds soon get the 3ds.
