Right, so I went out and purchased a "3DS" the other day and realized that it was not compatible with my current "R4 DS/DSL" so I gave the R4 to my brother who has a "DSI" and realized it was also not compatible. Can somebody give me a list of all the compatible cards for both 3DS and DSI? I don't want the new 3D games. I just want to play my older DS games on my new console. Thanx in advance brah.

there are many cards can support 3DS now,
But you can only use them play DS games, can't play 3DS games till now .

Such as
M3i Zero(upgradeable)
Acekard 2i(upgradeable)
When Nintendo release a new system, just go to the official support download a updater is ok,
needn't buy another card.

R4i Red(can't upgrade)
R4i gold(can't upgrade).
When Nintendo release a new system, you need buy a new card.

Go for ones that have updateable loaders. Good choices are AK2i, DSTwo and the iEvo. R4's tend to have a loader which can't be updated = once an update is released to block carts, you're stuck with a piece of hardware that is useless..

For the not-updatable ones, not only do you need to buy a new one with each new system, you also need to buy a new one with each new flashcart-blocking update.
