I have an iCloud locked iPhone 7 and idk the login for it anymore. It's obviously not very usable so I'm curious is anyone knows where i can sell it as a single piece or for parts or something. I'm really open to anything atm.

This sounds more like you found a iPhone.
If it is yours you can call Apple free and they can unlock it.
This is true.. but not always as easy as it sounds.
I had an issue where I sold my old iPhone 5S to some total PITA buyer on eBay 2 years ago. He opened a paypal dispute without contacting me after having the phone for two weeks and said the speaker wasn't working. Paypal sided with the buyer (as always) in his right to return it with no further inquiry. He mailed it back to me and I notice that he had opened the phone up (screws were stripped out and the LCD was not flush with the aluminum case.) Now, here's a phone that I never had to have anything replaced on, never opened up myself, and never had any issues with, returned back to me in molested condition by this guy taking advantage of buyer protection.
Now I have to get PayPal involved myself, get the phone repaired by a local shop, and on top of this; he left his Apple ID logged in to the phone, pass code enabled and all. So now I have a brick, with physical damage.
I take the iCloud lockout case to Apple after I get a refund from Paypal for the cost of the repairs, showing them the damage, and getting an official statement of work from a local repair shop. Apple wants a full explanation why this person was logged into the iPhone, asks me to work with them and request a logout or something and if I can't get this to happen, then they will help. I ask the person who ruined and returned the phone to logout several times. No response after 2 weeks. Now I report back to Apple with more documentation that they requested. Including pages of Paypal transaction info, ebay transaction info, Paypal case resolution documentation, etc. Clearly, Apple can see that the phone was registered to me for 2 years and to this guy for 10 days.. but that doesn't stop them from being a huge pain.
So, after escalating my case or transferring my support case to 3 different people over 2-3 weeks, Apple FINALLY reset the phone for me. Even in the best case scenario, I can't see an iCloud lockout being resolved in less than a week. You absolutely can not walk into an Apple Store and just have them do it.
If you don't mind me asking, whete did you get the iPhone from?Yea I'm just gonna sell it on eBay for parts. This brick isn't worth the hassle.
