Hacking Where to order? (UK)

Want to order an R4 for my 3ds in the UK but some of the sites look dodgy. Wheres the best place. Will stores start selling them with the new update installed as i've already updated my 3ds?

R4 cards have always been blocked on the 3DS

so i would suggest go for a "DSTwo" or a "R4ids.cn R4i Gold"

ordering from zhuzhuchina.com or nds-card.com is a safe if sending to the UK

Yeah thats what i meant. Do you think they'll install the latest firmware thats just been released?

they normally do but you can double check with them by asking them when you place the order
if you order a DSTwo it doesnt matter as you can update a DSTwo even on a blocked console

changing the order how?

i believe they shipping address the use is the one the Paypal is registered to
