Hacking Where to buy in UK?

So I've just bought a DSi after not having a DS for a few years, where can I get a flash cart that is actully shipped from UK from a legit seller? most of the ones I've found are either shipping from china or dodgy looking sites

Was shipped on Thursday allegedly and the status is showing as delivered, however i have not received it.

The package has been sent fromn poland, has anybody had any experience with this firm or european deliveries.

What kind of timescales shold i expect?

If this does not arrive can someone else please advise on a alternative supplier please?
