I think the only option is to email a modchip dealer and ask for one of the flat cables. They might not sell them separately but you could always ask. Maybe places like ozmodchips might be able to sell you one. They shouldn't be expensive at all. There are a bunch of other sites also. Maybe modchipcentral?
Send a email to Canadamods.ca or GModz.ca they should be able to help you out. Also they have representatives on WiiHacks and WiiNewz sites if you want to post there.
