ROM Hack Where is the .xorpad file?

Hey everyone

Since my New 3DS got bricked and won't turn on I need to do a manual system transfer via https://gbatemp.net/threads/manual-system-transfer-for-saves-content.388033/
Now my question is, how am I supposed to find/create the needed .xorpad file?
All I have is a NAND backup and a .bin file which is named xorpad.

How was it bricked? You dont need those with current methods to unbrick.

No, I mean it’s a hardware brick which is almost irrepairable, it’s not turning on at all
All I can do is this manual transfer to another New 3DS but I need that .xorpad file.
