Hacking Where is the official wii u wiki that explains the wii u hardware, dev kit(s) etc etc?

I came across a website (I won't say what the website is) that said the wii u wiki explains in detail how to create a IOSU if the user knows PPC (powerPC). Its just one problem the only well know wii u wiki is about home brew, for some reason the official wii u wiki is not talked about. So where is the website?

Never mind I found it on the wii u home brew wiki, for some reason IOSU is not a category listed on the wiki. Why is the IOSU not listed as a category on the wii u home brew wiki?
